We develop professional websites for self-hosted WordPress installations, we have used different builders but we now focus on KadenceWP for our theme builds and plugins. We have found Kadence is unmatched for its easy-to-use builder which allows us to design effective web pages fast as well as making it easy for you to maintain your website with confidence.

We have built websites for local businesses as well as strictly digital creators and eCommerce shops selling digital and physical products. We focus on service providers, eCommerce build-outs, and online creators. Each company comes with its own unique needs, so please feel free to reach out and contact us to see if we can meet your needs. Via our contact form linked HERE.

No! The Kadence Framework is free, so no additional purchase is required. If you find that you need the features available in Kadence Pro, this is something that can be purchased later. You can learn more about Kadence here.

  • Not for every project, our smaller services require full payment at time of booking.
  • For larger projects which require more dedicated time, we give you the option to make separate payments.
  • Because we only take on a few clients at a time, we do require a deposit to secure your time on our calendar. This is generally 34% of the total for the project. This fee is non-refundable to ensure we honor the time commitment we dedicate to each of our clients.

Because every website comes with its own unique needs for content, functionality, and goals. We like to learn more about your project needs to give you the most accurate personalized proposal for website builds.

Unfortunately, we do not. Our expertise is in web development which means the main scaffolding or foundation of every website and application. We do work with designers or love using a brand you currently have and build using your defined documented style requirements.

For website rebuilds and full builds we currently book out between 3 to 9 weeks in advance depending on certain factors. However, before we reserve time for your project we need to have a few basics in place.

I recommend booking your discovery call to get started right away

We are based out of Arizona, which is Mountain Standard Time (MST) We have worked with different global time zones in the past. Communication will occur via our secure Project management and private email, and all of our schedule availability will show up for you in your local time zone.

Copywriting is often an overwhelming part of the website build process. If you need a second set of eyes on how effective your copy is relative to your goals, and what you want to communicate on certain pages we include some brainstorming discussions with you as we have built several business websites.

If you want to hand off copywriting for us to handle, we can add copywriting services to your build package. Please keep in mind this may increase the budget and timeline for your project. We are happy to discuss your specific needs during a discovery call to make things as easy as can be.

We can connect your opt-in forms to your email service provider with your page builder. Creating and or setting up any forms, lists, automation, broadcasts, etc. is not within the scope of a website build.

If you would like to offload your email list beyond setting up the connection to your forms, we would be happy to add this service to your overall package.

Once your project is completed, you should be equipped to maintain and add or make updates on your with our recorded training video. We also also include 14 days worth of email support.

We also provide maintenance packages and if you’d rather hand off this work to a developer who is familiar with your website and business—We’d be happy to discuss adding this service.

Before our start date, we need to have your intended content, your copy, files, images, etc. We can discuss and guide you through what we need to provide you with plenty of time to complete our checklist for an efficient start date.
